Why Kelvin
We started because the estimates we saw were guesses.
In 2017 Elliot Kwan had spent nine winters installing systems other people had sized from the driveway. Half of them were too big: they short-cycled, ran loud, and the upstairs never matched the downstairs. Kelvin was the answer — a small crew that measures first, writes the number down, and proves the install with the readings before leaving.
That is still the whole company. Three people, one truck, and a file for every house we have touched with its load calculation, its estimate and its commissioning report inside.
